Number of days without street cleaning: 28

Hey Alan, where are the street cleaners? Maybe we should push the start date to May 1st for next year, or possibly June 1st?

The citizens of the area have done their part, our home fronts are clean and debris-free, now it’s your turn to get to work.

UPDATE: Some might think it’s a bit unfair to blame everything on Alan DeSousa, fair enough, this one should have gone out to our mayor’s brother, Marcel Tremblay. Read their respective portfolios below.

UPDATE: Westmount (which just so happens to be across the street) has had it’s street cleaned at least 3 times since April 1st. So what’s going on with the Sud-Ouest? Calling tomorrow for news.

And the Blue Collars are suppose to clean up their image… this is helping I’m sure.

In my area of NDG, I’ve seen the street cleaners at work for at least 2 weeks. They’ve even cleaned my dead-end street twice so far this spring. Upper Lachine road has also been cleaned twice - I could have got my shoes washed and polished by one of those big machines just this morning as I was walking to the bus stop!

Does the fact that I live in the district of Marcel Tremblay have anything to do with it? Maybe it does…
