Just a quick note on the final stages of the recyc-frigo program that my mom made use of last week. They were extremely professional, measured all the doorways the old freezer had to pass through, took the door off the freezer and pulled that sucker out and loaded the truck in about 20 minutes.
She got a call from Hydro Quebec a day later asking for her feedback on the the movers.
And in 3 weeks or less she will receive a 60$ cheque (not, as i thought, a 60$ hydro credit) in the mail.
Also according to their site, they have now recuperated this many units:

this more than makes up for their raping the northern lands! :) we need all our local mega corps to take a lead role like this.
