So with the exception of canned pumpkin, I’m in for adding a few of these to my diet.  Sardines I do on occassion.  Tumeric and cinnamon find their way into my tract in equal quantities, but the rest, nada.  Read on why/where you could do yourself a favour and add a little variety to the diet.  Personally I’m heading to little Portugal to feast on sardines like only god intended.   BBQ’ed.

I saw that post a few days ago, and we stocked up on beets. The milliner has a recipe for bbq’ed beets that we’ve gotta try.
Turmeric is nature’s glucosamine (yeah, that’s a redundancy), but it can also fuck up your prostate.
    Blueberries, mmmm. On cereal. Mmmmm.
