That’s awesome. If the fee was lower I’d totally go. Are you planning to go?
Apparently there is a student rate of 200$…. unfortunately I’m all studded out. :) I think I’ll try and attend, then write it off as an educational expense. Time to call the accountant.
You know what, I did’nt even know about green roofs, I’d already seen “green walls” but no roofs! Saw picts on the net, looks quite good. But yes, why that expensive?!
What the heck is up with all these spam comments drawing you to useless blogs?? Any other bloggers figure out what the point is? They aren’t selling anything.. is it just to get hits for ad revenue?
Participating in this course is really on the trend today because, it can help reducing a green house effects. It can really make your house more cooler because the plants in the roofs can absorb the sun heat and it will not penetrate in your sealing due to its water system installed in the green roofs. There are so many benefits if we all just knew about the green roof.
EVERY time I fly into Montreal it never ceases to amaze me just how many of us have a completely flat roof, SO MANY! I always imagine a sea of green a top all these houses. I must say it makes me happy to know companies & individuals a like are being pro active about it!
