After the absurd use of water tankers dumping millions of litres (of potable water?) onto our parched asphalt as a form of cleansing, this pales in comparison.  Yet it still requires a look.
Poorly designed, poorly placed, poorly timed.  Just poor.   Or better yet…pour.

-30C and windy, these plants were probably still thirsty after today’s wastage.
